New group R-eaL reveals personal backgrounds and formation of the group. They wish to be able to hit it big in Japan and when asked which group they look to as a role model they answered:

In Japan there idol groups such as Janice, Arashi and Nooze. We want to be like Arashi, to get closer to our fans through acting and variety shows.

So apparently Oguri Shun openly admitted on his radio show yesterday about his alleged relationship with girlfriend Yu Yamada (she was once a guest on Shukudai Kun, taught Sho how to do the fish pose lol). It also seems like both of their agencies have confirmed this as well. Congrats to both of them, feel sorry for the fans out there.
